What's the difference between RENNO and RONIN?
RENNO is the operational platform — chat, photos, voice notes, daily logs, tasks, client portal, reports. It's what your crew uses every day. RONIN is the AI intelligence layer that sits on top, adding chat, dispatching, material extraction, and predictive insights. RENNO works great without RONIN; RONIN amplifies it.
Do I need RONIN to use RENNO?
No. Every RENNO plan is fully operational without AI. RONIN is opt-in. Most teams start with RENNO Starter or Team, then add RONIN Pro once they want AI summaries and chat.
How do RONIN credits work?
1 credit = $0.02 worth of AI compute. Every AI action (voice transcript, photo description, dispatch classify, analyst pass) consumes credits at a published rate. RONIN Pro includes 500 credits per user per month. RONIN Ops includes 25,000 credits per company per month. Need more? Buy credit packs in-app.
What happens when I run out of credits?
RONIN pauses for that company, RENNO core keeps working normally — chat, photos, voice notes, daily logs all still function. You'll see an upgrade prompt to buy a credit pack ($15 for 500 credits, $50 for 2,000, $200 for 10,000) or to upgrade your RONIN tier.
Can I switch tiers later?
Anytime. RENNO tier and RONIN tier are independent. Upgrade or downgrade either monthly. Pro-rated.
How does the certified payroll feature work?
RENNO generates WH-347 formatted payroll documentation and provides Davis-Bacon ready reporting workflows. RENNO assists in generating this documentation. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying compliance with all applicable laws and filing requirements before submission.
